Dr Sam Ali has been a rural general surgeon for over 36 years. In that time he has also worked in the  Australian Defence Force medical corp reaching the position of Lieutenant Colonel.

Dr Ali has a special interest in gastrointestinal diseases and is an advocate for comprehensive integrated medical care. He is a specialist in excisions and most types of skin grafts.
