About Us

Central Clinic is a fully accredited general practice. The practice was established in 1959. The practice is located in Port Pirie, approximately 200 kilometers north of Adelaide.

This practice is committed to providing comprehensive general practice care to all individuals and families in this community. All patient consultations and medical records are kept strictly confidential.

Some of the doctors have special interests in anaesthetics, psychiatry, preventative care, occupational health and safety, preventative medicine. The doctors are continually involved with training programs.

The Practice is keenly involved in Family Medicine. This includes Health Education, the various forms of counselling, women’s and men’s health matters, and psychosocial issues. We work in close co-operation with other health workers such as Hospital Nursing Staff, Community Health and Mental Health Nurses, Physiotherapists, Dietician, Speech Pathologist, Occupational Therapist, Podiatrist and Psychologist.
